Saline vs Bedford was supposed to be “Game of the year”, but Bedford didn’t get the memo as they were in a hole from the jump. They found themselves down 21-0 in the first quarter and things only got worse in second as they were down 42-7 going into halftime. Much of the blame in the Hornets dominant performance goes to Saline (QB) Larry Robinson with an outstanding performance, connecting on 14-of-15 passes for 253 yards, three TDs and one interception while rushing for 58 yards on five carries and two TDs. The 6’0”, 170 lbs Junior showed up and showed out in their 56-14 victory.
