As Errol Spence Jr. Prepares for his Comeback against Danny Garcia, “This is as good as I’ve ever felt”

Errol ‘The Truth’ Spence Jr. put his workout on display for the media ahead his December 5th welterweight title defense against Danny ‘Swift’ Garcia. Spence, 30 looked impressive hitting the heavy bag and working the mitts with his trainer, Derrick James. “Errol has been working hard. The dedication and determination are there.”, James said. “He’s pushing himself as hard or harder than ever. You can tell there’s a competition within himself so that he can push himself to be the best he’s ever been.”

Spence appeared to be in great shape and on target for reaching 147lb. limit for the welterweight bout. “This is as good as I’ve ever felt.” he said. “There’s no struggle to make weight. I’m just feeling good.” The fight will be taking place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX and is available on FOX Sports PBC Pay-Per-View. The Desoto, TX native had this to say about fighting in his backyard, “I know Danny’s dad is pushing him to take my belts in my hometown.

So, I’m staying focused to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
